School Council

SCHOOL COUNCIL

We have just elected new members for this academic year. Our school council representatives are chosen by the children in each class at the beginning of each new academic year, following a short presentation on the reasons why they would be a good candidate for the role.  They meet at least once every term with a specific agenda or focus.  This year the school council are particularly interested in ways to increase parental involvement within our school.  The school representatives have responsibilities to discuss issues and matters that arise within their classes as well as feeding back findings from scheduled meetings.
