We have been receiving lots of ideas and activities to support families during this period.

Resources to support healthy eating

Here is a grow-your-own project initiated by Medway Council.  Although this initiative would have originally provided children with the seeds for growing lettuces, the project contains useful planting and growing tips, as well as healthy eating recipes and project sheets.
